An Award!

I’ve received the Nice Matters Award from Rebecca at A Walk Through the Valley.  I’m just so touched, I can’t even express how I feel.  Honored, humbled, and blessed are all words that come to mind.

I’ve been reading Rebecca’s blog for a while now, and it’s really great.  If you haven’t been to her blog yet, check it out!  You won’t regret it.  She is so real about the ups AND the downs of her life and faith.  So often we put on our public face and only talk about the good stuff.  Rebecca doesn’t do that, and it’s refreshing.  So thank you, Rebecca.  I only hope I can be as real as you are.

Now to bestow this honor on a few more nice bloggers.  I’m going to give the Nice Matters Award to 3 more nice bloggers.

Kandy at Ramblings of a Redneck Woman is a nice blogger that I’ve known for a long while.  Kandy was the one who encouraged me to start blogging in the first place.  I’m very grateful for that encouragement.

Another nice blogger is Jennifer at Where the Heart Is.  She’s a relatively new blogger, but she’s jumped in with both feet.  She’s another blogger who isn’t afraid to talk about the tough issues in her faith.  I’ve enjoyed getting to know her from her blog and through email.

Finally, I’m going to give the Nice Blogger Award to Michelle at In the Life of a Child.   She is always leaving encouraging comments on my blog.  Plus, she has a wonderful post up right now that just reveals her caring heart.  You have to go over and read it.  I read it hours ago, and it’s still on my mind.

So enjoy, ladies!  I think you’re all great!  Actually, I think all my readers are great, but if I tried to link to everyone, I’d be up all night, and then I’d probably write a grouchy post in the morning.  And that wouldn’t be nice.
